Sunshyn Soul Our signature flow β€” a joyful fusion of movement, rhythm, and inner reflection that celebrates light and energy. All Levels Tue & Thu | 6 PM – 7 PM
Queer Yoga An inclusive, affirming space centering LGBTQ+ community. Gentle, accessible flow with options for all bodies and levels. All Levels Every other Wed | 7 PM – 8 PM
Evening Restore Slow, grounding poses that release tension and calm the nervous system before rest. All Levels Mon & Thu | 8 PM – 9 PM
Power Vinyasa A dynamic practice that builds strength, balance, and endurance through flowing postures. Intermediate – Advanced Sat | 10 AM – 11 AM
Community Meditation A donation-based mindfulness session focused on breath, stillness, and connection. All Levels Sun | 9 AM – 9:45 AM
